He had conducted audits for more than 1200 man days in various organizations. He has more than 38 years  corporate experience in finance, accounts, Company law matters, project report preparations, project report preparations, Public issue of shares etc.

He was earlier Regional Director, Kerala region of International Certifications Ltd, New Zealand and Regional Head of Moody International Ltd.(UK).
